Now Boarding at the Museum of Flying
March 22nd– August 25th
The first-ever international museum exhibition examining the past, present, and future of airport design has landed at the Museum of Flying. Featuring Fentress Architect’s 24-foot scale model of the soon-to-be-opened Tom Bradley International Terminal at LAX, Now Boarding takes an unprecedented look into the architectural design process behind six of the world’s most innovative airports. Original sketches, renderings, films, digital art, photography, and rarely seen architectural models will bring the art and science of airport architecture to life as never before.
Now Boarding also explores what’s next in aviation with renderings from Fentress Architects’ Airport of the Future think tank and winning entries from the Fentress Global Challenge student design competition.
